Jonny Quest

Well, here's the new painting of the week.

There's quite a bit of things I would very much like to go back and fix, but I've already started work on the painting for next week. As I've mentioned many times before I'm doing at least one painting a week for pleasure and have kept at this (rate) since last November. I have enough canvas inside my house to continue for a few more months and I already have enough premeditated subject matter to last for another month, easy.

The image of the JQ cast is a swipe easily found with a Google image search, but we made some alterations for the better or worse and the background/setting is wholly original. Regular visitors will note we tend to cite whenever we swipe an image or not.

Next weeks painting is entirely original and created solely from my imagination of Spider-man in his B&W costume. Why that costume? is the question everyone in my household keeps asking. Well, I already did a Spidey in his usual costume, so why not?
